With experience across multiple commercial real estate product types throughout Southern California, his local focus has been San Diego and Riverside Counties while specializing in industrial, office, corporate headquarters/R&D and land properties. A trusted and recognized leader among commercial real estate service providers, Ron has completed over 400 major sale and lease transactions with a total financial consideration of over $500 million. Ron earned a B.A. in Business Administration from San Diego State University. He holds a California Real Estate license and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the CCIM Institute.

Ron has served on a variety of local community boards and professional organizations, including NAIOP / Legal Affairs.
As a Principal at Wohl Commercial Real Estate Idaho, Ron is responsible for the marketing, sale and leasing of select client properties and advising clients on all aspects of real estate, including investment acquisitions and dispositions, strategic planning, development feasibility, landlord & tenant representation and corporate site selection.

Jeramie has personally managed real estate assets and investments for over fifteen years and has been involved with projects ranging from $100,000 up to $100 Million. He approaches each project with tenacity, dedication and a work ethic that delivers favorable results. His experience as a USAF veteran and his corporate experience as a Team Leader at Baker Hughes, Inc., has provided Jeramie with a unique skill set that ensures all real estate transactions, small or large, simple or complex, are completed in an orderly and transparent manner.

As Designated Broker for Wohl Commercial Real Estate Idaho, Jeramie has completed several land, multifamily and industrial transactions as well as several commercial developments. Jeramie spent the early stages of his career traveling the world with the US Air Force. As a fourth generation Idahoan, he now stays active year-round with his wife and four children – enjoying all the outdoor beauty Idaho has to offer.

While enlisted in the US Air Force, Jeramie was selected to participate in the Bootstrap Program, which allowed young Airmen to complete their degrees in order to qualify for Officer Training School. After being selected for this extremely competitive program, Jeramie was able to complete his Bachelor of Science in Aviation and Master of Science in Aerospace Management from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.

Jeramie is a volunteer at the local Veterans Affairs Hospital where he participates in several roles assisting veterans and staff with activities and meals. He is also a member of the 4LC Ranch where he is responsible for maintaining a one-hundred-acre natural habitat for water fowl and several other species of game birds.

Anna Hatfield has recently joined Wohl Commercial Real Estate Idaho as an Associate who is a specialist focusing on Land Sales, Land Development, Residential Opportunities and Investment related transactions.

Anna is a fifth-generation Idahoan native who was raised in Eastern Idaho. Anna and her family have been involved in the agricultural industry for generations along with mining throughout eastern Idaho. Anna and her seven sisters were all part of the daily farming responsibilities which has given her the drive, commitment and knowledge to necessary assist in the sale of agricultural land and family farms.
In her spare time Anna loves to go running in the Boise foothills or greenbelt with her dogs, gardening, spending time with her family and traveling. She supports and is an advocate for the “Living Kidney Donnor” program in Idaho. -
Anna offers her clients over 7 years of real estate expertise in the sale of land and investment opportunities earning her a Top Producer recognition for three consecutive years at her previous real estate company. She recognizes the challenges and the opportunities surrounding our growing communities in the throughout Idaho.
